Visa to France Rejected

my Visa request to France has been rejected under the last reaso of the rejection list that (I`m not going to leave france after the Visa expiration time)

I wonder why I`m gonna stay :
*I`m an employe in managment line in very reputble international company since 4 years till now
*Very Good Salary
*I`m 41 Yrs old
*Have a wife (University proffessor) and 2 kids
*have solid funds in my bank acccounts
*Owned private company (Private business)
*My financial situation is excellent.

the reason of my visa request is to have a break of the daily business stress

I need an answer pls
