Can you please help with the below query? I have a daughter who is 3 months old and has a British passport. Hence she is not applying with my wife

Can you please confirm if my wife or I need to sign in the children declaration section on the FLR (M) form page 78?

Also, do I need to take my daughters birth certificate and submit with my wife's application even though she is not applying with my wife?
