When Am I eligible for ILR on 10 years route

I would like to know, When will I be eligible for Long residency on 10 years route.

Came to UK 01/07/2007 on student visa
Study completed and applied for PSW visa in 2010
Applied for Tier 2 General 2012
I'll complete 10 years on 01/07/2017

Can I apply before 28 days, Let's say on 5th of June.
