May be because u apply base on marriage that is why ask u to go for reporting.

I called home office the day I received the letter and they said application is still pending also called reporting centre and they said their system says I have an flr fp application pending they also had record of my previous application which was eea and refused 18 months ago.
Do you think it indicates that I am gonna have a refusal?

Yes I attached 22 months living together documents bills bank statement etc ! Also my son British passport and birthceritificate my name on it ! And also my partner passport ilr bio matric card !

It means you will be considered under partner route not parent.
To qualify for partner route you must have 2 year co habitation or married.
The only way you can be granted parent route is when you have no partner in the uk.

Don't jr or appeal.
Re apply as by then you will have more than 2 year cohabitation or married .

Hi everyone

I am new to the forum and really need help please.

My timeline is:

3 may 2016- applied as tier 1 general dependant with my husband’s application
13 Feb 2017- our applications were refused by HO with right to admin review.
27 Feb 2017- My husband went for ilr on 10 year route, HO holds the application for further check and on the same date i applied for admin review of previous application as my husband haven’t got ilr. This is just to buy sometime.
28 March 2017- Received the decision of admin review w with refusal.
10 April 2017- applied for Flr dp partner route.

After a month in May 2018 I received a letter from HO IS96 - a person liable to detain and need to report after 2 weeks because I am overstayer.

My husband question is how HO is considering me overstayers, I did everything on given tome of HO ( 14 calendar days) ??

Note : my husband got ilr in May 2018 which we sent later with cover letter to HO for my application process.

I am 6 month pregnant also but going for reporting.

Is there anyway to remove myself from IS96 list and inform HO that I am not overstayer?

Please help
