FLR, FP to M varying, Few application questions

Hi all,

long time lurker in need of some guidance.

1. postal address is the one on FLRM form?

2. Q5.6 Has your current visa or leave to enter or remain expired?
I put yes here, and then
5.7 If you answered yes to 5.6, was there a reason beyond your control why you did not apply
before your visa or leave to remain expired?
Yes here too

Or shall I just put that visa has not expired?

3. Payment details I left blank but explained in cover letter reason for not filling that section out.

4. 12.1 Is your valid passport, national identity card or travel document enclosed?
12.3.1 My passport, national identity card or travel document is:
Not sure if it really matters how I answer these questions as everything is explained in cover letter

HI,

sent FP form in Feb as was few months short for M financial req.

Extension of 2.5years spouse visa, married to UK citizen.

Not sure if you need any more info?

You need to make it clear to the HO that your FLR(FP) application is pending and you are covered by Section 3c.
