UK Born Indian baby going back..Visa needed..?

Hi,

I am an HSMP holder decided to go back to India due to current UK testing job market sitn.

I have UK born (Indian Passport) holding baby (4 months old) to return with me. His passport is not yet stamped UK visa. I thought I will get Visa stamped in India if & when I decide to come back to UK (depends on UK IT market improvement)..

Do my baby need Visa stamping while goin back to India..? Will be face any issue in airport while going back as he donot have any UK Visa..?

No, that is fine. You can apply in India if you plan to return.
