Extension application form query urgent please

Hi All,

My initial application was as entrepreneur team whereas my business partner status now change to British national but he is still director of a business and day to day running of a firm.

1) In the form Part - k, it says

K1. Are you a member of entrepreneurial team ? what should I tick now
yes/no (if yes, I provide his name/nationality/DOB/passport and tick the box at the bottom of the page - 40 team member is not a Tier 1 migrant)

2) Table 3b2b - page 48

Name of other partner = Mr xyz
Are these Partner also tier 1 migrant = yes/no ?
Are they part of your entrepreneur team = yes/no ?
if they are not part of your team, please list the names of holders of job they created = ???? (N/A or ??)

3) We both invested 25k each in the initial application, should I need an authority letter from him for excess to investment for safer side.

4) On director notes in Accounts, should I write only my name as invested 50k or should I write Mr A & Mr B has invested 50k as he is not applying for extension but still part of business.

Will appreciate help/advice in this regard as I am applying my extension tomorrow. Thank you

You should say Yes to both questions and fill as required. This is important so HO knows why you invested only 25K.
The accounts better to show both names, I also suggest to write a covering letter explaining that your team member is still a business partner but is now a BC.

If we say yes to both, on K1 I am ticking the box at the bottom that he is no more tier 1 migrant but on the table I am saying he is a tier 1 migrant ? isn't it contradict the two information.

Obviously in the table you should NOT say that he is a Tier 1E migrant.

Are these Partner also tier 1 migrant = NO
