Thanks for your reply, but as I heard now a days HO won't take longer than 12 weeks to make a decision on such cases....CR001 wrote:It can take a couple of months or it can take many months. Nothing you can do to speed it up.
Sir can you kindly tell me how long time home office will take to make a decision, or you might know if anyone on this forum has the same circumstances or waiting for his/her decision pending..CR001 wrote:If you have received a 'complex letter, will take more time letter', you can expect to wait a few months.
My advice above still stands.CR001 wrote:It can take a couple of months or it can take many months. Nothing you can do to speed it up.

That's what I wanted to do, but my Soliciter wouldn't let me to apply in person, he said you're not allowed to subtweet in person, even I'm not happy the work he has done for me, he charged me a lot of money and helpful at all.CR001 wrote:You should have applied in person then.
Once you get the 'complex' letter, it can take longer to decide your application. HO will not update you with every check and process they do. All you can do is wait.
My last leave was FLR O, which were refusedCR001 wrote:All you can do unfornutately is wait then or withdraw and leave and apply from home country.
Thanks for your time,
Not sure why you waited so long to do FLR(M) if your visa expires in 2014. Did you apply FLR(O) after your visa expired? What basis or reason did you state you qualify for FLR(O)?
T4 leave expired in Nov 2014, I was looking for institute to get admission and extend my leave but unfortunately that time no admissions were taking place in November, I consult with one of the Soliciter he adviced that to submit FLR O before your current leave expired to regularise your legal status in the uk until admission will open, afterwards I tried to get admission but they refused to offer me a admission without clear status, they said wait for your decision to get a even six month visa otherwise we can't offer you a place,
Then my application were refused then i appealed against their decision,
But in mean time I met my partner in April 2016, and in November 2016 we gave a notice to get marry, which took place in Feb 2017, and while I was preparing my FLR m application upper tribunal refuse my appeal and Home Office put me on signing to the local police station,
What was your last visa you held?
Before I had student visa, then applied for FLR O which was refused in May 2015, and appeal been held in first tribunal and then upper tribunal got refused in Feb 2017.CR001 wrote:What visa did you hold BEFORE you applied for FLR(O)? If your FLR(O) application was refused, you have not held a visa in this category.
My partner got ILRCR001 wrote:How long did you have a student visa?
That student visa was 18 months.
When did you first enter the UK?
I came in march 2011 as student. Then i extend my visa twice as as a student.
How long have you been with your partner?
Since april 2016
Is your spouse or partner British or an ILR holder?
Married in feb 2017.CR001 wrote:Are you married or did you apply as unmarried partner?
Yes HO invited us on the interview because they extended my 70 daysperiod. It was quite scary in those days court refused my Appeal. But gone through smoothlyCR001 wrote:How did you get married?
I've done official marriage ceremony at registrar's office.
Did HO give approval for marriage?
Here's the letter wordings.CR001 wrote:Then all you can really do is wait. Your case is not straightforward so will likely take a bit longer than usual.
