90 day maintenance statement from foreign country

Hello,

I was about to apply for my Tier 1 Extension next month and I will be falling short of the required balance for my maintenance funds for February month (as part of the 90 day statement).
Is it possible to provide statements from an Indian bank account? Indian bank is regulated and I have access to funds being in the UK.
