Tier 2 General Dependent Child -Queries

Hi All,

I would like to switch my child visa from Tier 2 ICT dependent (father is the main applicant) to Tier 2 General PBS dependent (Mom is the main applicant).

Is it possible to apply without any consent letter (application by single parent)? If No,is it any affidavit provided?

Please advise me. Thanks
