2 full time POSITIONS for 12 months if you initially applied for your visa on or after 6 April 2014. Otherwise any combination of 24 months of employment is accepted under transitional arrangements. Please remember this requirement for ILR applies to the period AFTER your extension was GRANTED.

ILR for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa - Employees

Post by broody » Wed Nov 22, 2017 8:39 pm

Hello Mcnarth, Zimba and all other senior members,

I am looking for some help regarding my ILR coming up in Nov 2018 based on m 5 years completion on Tier 1 (entrep). I would assume that the pre-6th April 2014 transitional arrangements would apply to me since i got my visa in 2013. I had 2 employees since my extension last year in Nov but unfortunately due to some personal reasons one of the employee had to leave the job and now i have only 1 employee left. Now im a bit confused here since the employee who left completed his 12 months in my company and left and the current employ shall be working for more than 12 months until my ILR. I am now looking to hire an employee but its taking time so my question is would that new employee needs to be working with me for 12 months exact? is it 12 months for each employee or 24 months total for 2 employees so could be 18 months for one and 6 months for other. im confused with the employee total working period :? :?:

I have split your post from where you tagged onto another members topic. Please refrain from doing that as it is considered rude, is unfair to the other poster and creates confusion when members respond.

Your question has also already been answered in your now merged topic.
