2) do we send business and personal statements for full 3 years or just statments showing invements

2) In addition to compilation report + account do we also need a letter from accountant confirm we have invested x amount as director loan
3) employee question i am pre april 2014 ( please help with calculation)

employe 1 paid monthly full time for 17 months
employe 2 paid monthly full time for 5 months
employe 3 worked part time 16 hours a week for 21 weeks total hours 336 / 30 = 11 week of full time employement or 2 months

17 + 5 + 2 =24
will i be ok ?

There is NO format. As I said above this does NOT apply to you if you did NOT take over or join an existing business. Didn't you read the guide ??

No, Read the guide please and send evidence AS REQUIRED there

There is no guide on this. Assuming that 16 weeks of part time work is accepted as 11 weeks of full time, then you should be fine.

1 more question , is there any formula to convert a part-time employee into full time. In my case lets say

1 part time worker worked 21 weeks at 16 hours per weeks, how can we convert it in full time.

I REPEAT again, there is no guide on hour calculation so I cannot give you a 100% answer.
