ILR - PBS TIER 2 DEPENDENT VISA RENEW REQUIREMENT

Please help me as different Solicitors saying different things.

I was on Tier 2 General Visa last five year and granted ILR last year in September 2016. I have three daughters and wife living with me in Uk. My family is living with me in UK. Their visas TIER 2 Dependent is expiring in coming July 2017.

Question 1.

Some solicitors are saying i have to submit their application now as ILR Dependent and they have to wait 5 years to get ILR & some are saying i can apply to renew their 3 years Tier 2 dependent visa to complete their 5 years to get ILR. Which application is better to submit ? ilr dependent or Tier 2 dependent visa renew with in uk ?

Does my wife need to do English Language Test before submitting their application ?

How much savings for last three months in total i have to show in my bank account ? is it £2,532 (£633 X 4) or £2532+£900 (£900 myself) total approx £3500/- ?????

After I get my ILR i had resigned my company last year. I have started my own limited company as IT consultants. I am withdrawing my wife and my salary from my own limited company. My wife and my salary together will be around £28000 yearly. Is this alright ? I hope so ... Is this acceptable in case when i apply their Tier 2 Dependent Renew Visa application for 3 years to complete their 5 years to get ILR completing 5 years for them ?

I am not able to find the correct UK application fees per person on tier website. I think it will be £677 (visa application fee per person) + NHS FEE 3 YEARS (£600 per person)

is this correct fees ??? Please help so i can arrange and manage fees and other expensive on time.

Question 6.

My two elder daughters are studying in same school. Do i need to get any letter for them to submit in their application from their school

MY wife in which her salary transfer every month from company is still in Overdraft £1000 limit. So likes to do shopping too much. Is this effect on application i mean usage of overdraft limit and her account is showing minus £1000 at the moment ?

How many months payslips + bank statement i have to submit together with the application ??
(I am planning to show last 1 year salary slips for me and my wife and last three months bank statement) is this ok to complete requirement ? please advise

I WILL ASLO GET A LETTER FROM MY ACCOUNTANT THAT I AM EARNING £28,000 SALARY YEARLY COMBINED ME AND MY WIFE SALARY WITH SAME MY OWN IT LIMITED COMPANY.

I am renting two rooms in Private house. My Gas and Electric Bills are pay as you go and i dont have council tax under my name.

What else i can show as proof of address with their application ? GP letter ? Bank Statements ? PLEASE ADVISE

If you got ILR based on 5 years of Tier 2 General, then they continue to extend their PBS dependent visas until they qualify for ILR. Your don't state when your family came to the UK, so it is unclear when they might qualify for ILR.

NO for PBS Dependent extension but YES for FLR(M) - ILR Dependent.

Quesion No.3
Maintenance only required for PBS Dependent extension. For FLR(M), you must meet the financial requirement applicable for spouse + 3 children. Are any children UK born?

For PBS Dependent extension, there is NO minimum salary requirement. You must meet the maintenance requirement.

Yes, £677 each PLUS £600 each for immigration health surcharge. Fees (click)

Should not be an issue provided you meet the maintenance requirement.

Read the guidance notes for PBS Dependents. There is NO salary threshold required for PBS Dependent extension.

Your accommodation will likely not be sufficient for two adults and three children. You will also need a property inspection report if you are not renting a whole property on your own. See Guidance on Accommodation Overcrowding (click)

My family come to UK last year 25th June 2015 on Tier 2 dependent visa.

Non of my children born in U.K. My three daughters age is
9 years old
7 years old
3 years old

I also have checked accommodation overcrowding guideline and two kids are equal to one adult on table so hopefully that will be fine.

Yes you can apply for a 3 year extension as that is what they will get. They will qualify for ILR in June 2020.
