Thanks Seaskyseasky wrote:Hi ibimalik, welcome to this forum.
I did not understand at all the issue. What does the number of shares have to do with anything? (a share can be worth £50K or £0.00001...)
Did you actually invest money into a business before or after your application?
Lastly if you want good answers suggest always a little background (what business type, how you fulfilled your employment etc) it's not pertinent, just leads to better answers to help you
Did you actually inject £50K into the company?ibimalik wrote:Thanks Seaskyseasky wrote:Hi ibimalik, welcome to this forum.

Yes points were awarded for investment in my initial applicationzimba88 wrote:The question is if you were awarded points towards your investment in your initial application.
Did you send company accounts showing the shares allocated under your name plus the share certificates ? Then you do not need to prove investment again
I don't understand. did you or did you not at any point actually invest £50K cash into your company?ibimalik wrote:
And this all done by my consultant and I didn't see any money in my first application.
Didn't invest 50K cash but got investment points for investment in form of shares.seasky wrote:I don't understand. did you or did you not at any point actually invest £50K cash into your company?ibimalik wrote:

It was not a confusion, I got aproval from court decision.seasky wrote:ibimalik, ibimalik wrote:

Here is what I think might have happened:
a. due to CW confusion you were awarded points as if you invested £50K share capital
b. you are confused, you declared you -would- invest in share capital, (as most applications are about investing post receiving visa), awarded visa.
Either way there is an easy fix, invest now (the earlier the better so it does not seem artificial investment). For sure do not rely on a. as actually you -could- be brought up for deception
Clearly you know a cash investment is a pertinent part of the t1e route.
Zimba, he never actually invested cash. how can that be?zimba88 wrote:Please follow the advice given. If granted investment points initially, you do not need to prove investment again in any subsequent application
