Unaudited Annual accounts my name and Director Loan

Hi Dear,
I just applied my fresh application for tier1 £200K visa cata.

I read somewhere in this forum and also seen on tier1 visa HO guideline page47 that audited OR unaudited accounts must show the investment in money made directly by the you,in your own name or on your behalf(and showing your name).

I have submitted my unaudited accounts 2014,2015,2016 and management accounts accounts till march 2017.
I total invested £250K,Actual required money as £200K.
£57K in 2015.
£155K in 2016.
£40K in 2017.

''My accountant did not mention my name and also not mention its director loan, He just simply mention as other creditor £250K amount.
But All info mention on loan agreement(Director loan).

My accountant amend 2016 accounts and simply added line £215K ,57K of 2015 invested from Asif Iqbal into company as Director loan.
£220000( 2015:£57,500) is a director 's loan from Mr X Y Z to company

A-Should i change and add my name and mention director loan in all year 2015,2016,annual coconuts and mangment account 2017 ? OR 2016 accounts amendment should be ok.

B- should i need any letter from accountant for this change,If yes what could be explainaiotion ?

C-My Application acknowledgment letter not received app 3 weeks time gone, should i wait acknowledgment letter received an than put my application reference on it.

Is any one who submit their case now days and not getting their acknowledgment letter?

No such letter is required

You said you just applied for it, how come it has been 3 weeks ?? I am confused

I don't want to disappoint you. I sent my application same as yours and received refusal three weeks ago that my name is not in front of director loan now am in AR so I will suggest you update your accounts and send them updated copy ASAP before they refused your application. Just keep in mind I paid more then 100k TAX and i received refusal. Mean we investor have no values in HO eyes.

I sent my application same as yours and received refusal three weeks ago that my name is not in front of director loan now am in AR so I will suggest you update your accounts and send them updated copy ASAP before they refused your application. Just keep in mind I paid more then 100k TAX and i received refusal. Mean we investor have no values in HO eyes.

Zimba Thanks,I understand your point. But My name is not show in 3 year accounts.anyhow i will amend and resend accounts of last 2 years.

I am not sure where you to send more documents. Better wait to get the reference before sending extra documents
