Biometric enrolment letter with asked additional ground to send - 15th of December 2016
Finger print given and additional grounds sent-2nd of January 2017
I am still waiting, don't know what should I do, can any one give me any suggestions please.
FYI, My 10 years will be on 14th September 2017, if count 28 days before, it will be on 17th of August 2017.

Thank you

The official time frame for an ILR application is 6 months, however it can be more depending on the complexity of your case

On what basis do you think you qualify for ILR on form Set(O)???

What is your full immigration/visa history in the UK?

Set(O) is the WRONG form for ILR based on long residence. Set(O) is for ILR based on 5 years residence on Tier 1, Tier 2, Ancestry, DLR, etc.

Set(LR) is the long residence form but you don't qualify for ILR based on long residence yet.

I know I am not eligible yet because I am away 5 months from 10 years but my question is, is that any way I can reach on 10 years legally?
If you could advice me , it will be so kind.
Thank you

Highly likely your non-qualifying Set(O) ILR application will be refused with no right to appeal. Who advised you to submit an ILR application in a category you do not qualify for?

You should also note that your FLR(O) and FLR(FP) and now the Set(O) could be viewed as 'frivolous and vexatious' applications simply to buy time. See Section 3 in link below

FLRO application I did for my wife pregnancy, FLR FP I did because after my baby born I changed my mind to stay in this country then in the SET O Application I mentioned because I stayed shorter period then 10 years that is why I m using this SET O form for ILR.
I did not have any choice, can you tell what should I do in this circumstance.
Thanks for your reply.

You do not seem to have a basis to remain in the UK. Your SET(O) application will be refused.

It can take a few weeks or it can take many months.

You seem to be ignoring the fact that you have applied on Set(O) when you actually DO NOT qualify to apply in this category.

Thank you for all the respond.
Yesterday, I received a letter from home office they can not give my decision within 6 months, because they are waiting for a response from another department to verify some of my the information or documents I have given to them.
They expect to make the decision on my application by 21 August 2017,they also written they will write to me again if this is not going to possible.
The letter sent from UK VISAS AND IMMIGRATION, MANAGED MIGRATION,DEPARTMENT 6,LIVERPOOL.
Would you mind to help me to understand, what actually the letter meant.FYI, MY 10 yrs will be on 17th of August 2017 (28 days before).
Thank you

If they don't make a decision by the time you are eligible to apply for ILR under Long residence, then vary your SET(O) application to SET(LR).

Just one question to ask you if they give my decision negative before before 17th of August, is there any way I can apply for ILR. FYI, I DID NOT USE 14 DAYS IN MY entire stay in this country, never refused, my 10 yrs will be on 14th of September 2017 before 28 Days it will be on 17th of August 2017.
