Hi everyone,
I've been with this company for more than 3 years and they are the one's who sponsored me a visa and last month they said they can't extend it anymore due to financial crisis and there is another company who's willing to offer me a job but don't have license. They had applied it on last month and got rejected two days ago and re-applied it on wednesday. My visa is expiring on May 9.What are the possible ways to apply for my extension or any visa until i get my sponsorship license number?TIA

Are you sure they are eligible to reapply? There is usually a 6 month period after refusal that an employer can't reapply

Without an approved sponsor and CoS, there is no way you can apply for an extension etc. No other visa that can 'buy you time' either. The majority of visas you have to qualify for so not sure what other visa you think you will qualify for.

Hi there,
What if i go for FLR (O),will it effect my ILR?
I've seen posts regarding this but it happened a couple of years ago, people used to apply for Tier 2 visa without sending CoS with the application but a covering letter from the company. Is there any way that i could do like? Thanks

There is no longer an FLR(O) application but yes, the equivalent will and would also be considered a 'frivolous and vexatious' application and likely to refused fairly quickly (yes, HO is very aware of this tactic to buy time). How long have you been in the UK exactly??

Not possible anymore as tier 2 general is an online application only and you will not be able to complete and submit it without the sponsor and CoS details.
