Varying the application

Please gurus answer my query. Is it possible to vary an application to another category, if the application is made out of time but no more than 28 days before home office gives a decision?

Yes, you can vary an application until a decision is made.

So if an application made on Flr(IR) after the dismissal of an appeal within 14 days of the dismissal could be varied to an application for Tier 1 (Entrepreneurial) Visa?
