spouse visa ( degree taught in English ) naric

Hi all

I am going to apply for my spouse visa extension, i got statements from UK naric for my degree under Statement of Comparability and English Language Assessment . i will be thankful to you all if you can advice are these still acceptable to Home office or i have to get the statement through Naric red route ( Visas And Nationality service ).

One more question if you can advice me on, how early i can send my application for spouse visa extension.
in between 28 days completing mine 30 months of residency or 28 days before my visa expire ( 32 months residency as i got 33 months visa initially)
