Refusing BC application

Hi everyone,

Just about launched my BC application, but I'm told by the NCS guys that it's likely to be refused.

The reason is that the HO sentenced me to 4 months jail on arrival at the airport, just two hours after I had my first asylum interview at the airport some years ago.

the charge was not having valid immigration documents which makes me wonder if all asylum seekers arrive in with valid immigration documents!!

Paradoxically, I know countless asylum seekers, who then refugees, entered the country clandestinely in lorries and rovered it up and down before claiming asylum got never arrested nor charged and eventually got their BC applications successful seamlessly!

Wondering if people with similar experience are out there who could advise on this, please.
