HSMP SALARY QUERY

Dear All,

I am an employee of Indian IT company and deputed to uk and working in UK from past 2 years on work permit at client place.
Iam getting allowance in UK 35000 GBP (i have salary slip UK for this 35000 GBP and bank statement) and iam also getting salary in india of 6 laks rupees( i hv salary slip for 6 lakhs of indian salary and bank statement)

For hsmp can i show my total gross salary as UK+India salary.
if any of you have taken hsmp similarly.
please respond at the earlist as iam planning to apply for hsmp.

I would say you will need Income tax return as well, thats necessary.

but i did not got the answer for my query.
my query was since iam getting indian salary and UK allowance for the last 12 months, can i claim my past earning
= indian salary+UK allowance
as i have proof of Indian salary slip, bank statement and partial IT saral form and also i have UK allowance slip, bank statement.

or i cannot consider both and i have to consider only indian salary

Well monish, its a lil bit tricky situation.
I suppose you are saying you can qualify for 75 pointsby claiming indian salary alone and no need of mentioning UK salary. Or you say you want to add uk + indian salary and onlt then you qualify for 75 points.

since iam working in UK from past 2 years, in order to gain points on earnings, i will come under band A and i will not get 75 points if i consider only UK allowance.
but as per hsmp guidelines, which says even we can consider part time earnings, if this is the case can i club my both Indian salary and Uk allowance to get the required points under past earnings.

also i cannot claim that i belogs to band D ( country of working for india) as iam working in UK from past 2 years.
