Hello everyone, thank you in advance for your valuable input.
I have two quick questions
1. I am 50% shareholder and a director of the company while claiming employee hours for JOB CREATION, Will I be able to claim 50% hours from total employee creation or I can claim 100% employee hours.
2. One of the employee's spouse was rejected will it affect my application ?
Mant thanks

Claiming hours has nothing to do with shareholding. You can claim job hours that you created in a company however this depends on whether you started the company or you it joined or took over it. Are you part of a team ??
2. One of the employee's spouse was rejected will it affect my application ?
Rejected for what ??

Think OP means his settled employee's spouse applied for a spouse visa which was refused.

If this has no connection to your company, why would it affect you ??!

Thank you Dear Zimba and CR001 for your response.
I am just worried due to employees spouse visa which was rejected last year might affect my ILR while claiming employee creation.
Furthermore, is there any link or reference to claim employee creation as previously said Claiming hours has nothing to do with shareholding.
Many thanks

An employee's spouse has nothing to do with you. There is nothing in the immigration rules to attach employment creation to shareholding.
