Travelling to Schengen countries with long stay residence pe

Dear All, I appreciate your help and advice on the following:

I am holding a log stay residence (valid for 5 years) issued in Romania. In the card, it is stated "Resident for long term - EU" and "Right of Work".

I would like to know if I can travel within Schengen or EU countries without a visa.
Any reference to an official text or document is much appreciated.

In annex 22 are the resident permits defined which give the holders the right to stay for 90 days in a 180 days window in other schengen countries due to article 6 of the schengen border code.
