EU1 FORM APP QUESTION(ONE)

Post by together_2017 » Fri May 05, 2017 7:08 pm

Good Day,

Me(NON-EU) & My Irish Citizen partner are about to apply for EU1 FORM application ,
Me&MY wife living with her parent at the moment.
What do we do for the following requirement ?

(d) Evidence of residence of applicant and EU citizen in the State
If renting, copies of the following documents should be provided:
• Letter from landlord/agency or tenancy agreement
• Letters of Registration of Tenancy from the Private Residential Tenancies Board
( Other evidence of residence may be considered if deemed satisfactory. If you are not renting or a homeowner, then the person you are living
with should provide the above documents with a written declaration of your residence from the landlord or homeowner in addition to any
other evidence of your residence.)

• Utility bills for the applicant and the EU citizen
( WE do have Bord Gas Bill on our name + her father name(we 3) +
I have Virgin media on my name and she has Eircom bill on her name.

Can we just provide a letter from her parent states we are living with them and they have no problem? or what else we have to do ? Please help stuck on this requirement . are we good to go , or have to do something about it :/ ?? :| :|
we cant involve landlord in this for any sort of letter as if he finds out I m living with them He will kick me out

Eu-1 form is not if your partner of an Irish citizen or married to an Irish..
You should follow Irish domestic rules .

As still I think u shud follow domestic rules as ur partner is Irish..
However if u go by Eu-1 form you can submit your form and get ur temporary stamp for 6 month first...
Then will ask you provide prtb and land lord letter too..
But you get six months time to change ur home n give them updates if u can't manage housing letter from current address..

If I were I'd even talk to a free solicitor because in ur case still I think you should follow domestic rules ..
However send ur application but before talk to legal advisor..
If u send then if they say follow domestic rules
It will be ur time waist..
Not every inis offer knows all rules..
We better be safe side
