Investment issue

Hi guys

I need urgent advice on this. I m on 50 k route and transferred 40 k from my personal ac to business bk ac.

Out of 10 k expense 5 k was spent on business and 5 k was withdrawn as Director's salary. I am aware that this 5 k wont be counted as investment.

In this case I wont be able to meet the criteria of 50 k investment.

My current account shows balance of 60 k and I have always retained money since then.Is there any way I can now transfer initial 5 k to my business bank account to meet the criteria or there was a time limit to transfer 50 k into business bank account which is 1st 3 years since company's incorporation. My visa is due in Aug this year.Do I need to transfer this diff of 5 k and I will still meet the criteria or will the current balance suffice?

Yes, you need to put the money back. Then send the bank statements showing ALL Director's loan transactions from your personal bank account to the business bank account.
