EDUCATION LOAN FOR MAINTENANCE + FEE

Hello
I have got admission for PhD and will be paying them GBP 3000 for issuance of CAS.
A nationalized bank in India is ready to offer me education loan of 75% of the total study cost.

Can anyone guide me how the maintenance part (£9135) must be shown to the UKVI in the loan sanction letter.

As per the bank rules, they will not disburse this whole amount in my bank account at one time but in instalments as and when required. This is to reduce the burden of paying interest on the whole amount. Will UKVI accept such a sanction letter? Has anyone applied for T4 visa using education loan ?

I have read already. Just want to know if they will accept the letter which states money will be paid in instalments as per the requirement.

Maybe read it again:

If you are applying from overseas, the loan funds must be available to you before you travel to the UK, with only two exceptions:

1. the loan is an academic or student loan from your country’s national government and it will be release do you on or before arrival in the UK, or

2. the loan funds are or will be paid to directly to your Tier 4 sponsor before you travel to the UK and the living costs portion of the loan will be released to you on or before your arrival in the UK
