Clerical Error in Director loan amount

Hi Zimba

I am on tier1 ent £200K data. Few weeks ago I had submitted my visa application for visa extension.
Today when i go through my submitted documents i realise i did clerical error/mistake in Director loan, Director loan agreement is made on 2015.

The amount written Director loan £225.000.00 instead of 225,000.00

Its hard to realise mistake, basically i should put coma after 225 i put DOT .

So its two Dots now. My solicitor also not realise it. Its over looked. Padlock amount even not mention in words.

1-My question is should i amend agreement and forward it to HO with explaination ?
2-This will sign and attest with latest date, is this ok ?
3-its just typing error HO will ignore it ?

All legal numbers should be in words regardless you used points or commas, for example cheques, no one accepts cheque without amount in numbers and word.
When did you submit your application?

A thousands separator depends on the country. In the UK, we use commas but in Norway they use dots.
You can wait to get the Biometrics letter and send an amended loan agreement with an explanation to the Sheffield team.

Loan Agreement sign in 2015 before transfer funds, Money transferred between 2015 to 2016.
Amended agreement will be of May 2017, legally will be acceptable by HO ?

Yes, the date of when the loan was given should not change.
