FLR (M) Question 4.4 & 4.5

Ok folks, thought I could really use some help, I am applying for the flr(m) as the spouse of settled person in UK.
I got stuck on question 4.4 & 4.5, my spouse and I have three children (1 together, 2 from previous marriage), all of them are British citizens, I also have three kids from my previous marriage, who are not living with me and are not residing in UK (they are in Pakistan living with my ex) I do assist them financially although they are not solely dependant on me.

In my application, do I need to fullfill the 2400 (income threshold) for every child (total 7200), while they are not living with me and are not applying with me on this application. My income before tax is 31000 pa.
