Tier 2 General changing employer

Post by ukpswstatus2 » Thu May 11, 2017 3:50 pm

Hi all,

I would appreciate any help on this, tried to search but couldn't find exact scenario/situation.

I am currently on tier 2 general and planning to switch to a new employer in UK

My details:
On tier 2 from Nov 2014 via - Tier 2 (General - New hires - restricted)
for this I had to apply from India fulfilling (RLMT)resident labour market test

I would like to change to a new employer, but the question is should I ask my new employer to request a Restricted CoS or an Unrestricted CoS??

Thanks

thanks iworker, forgot to mention one thing that my role is not in the shortage occupation list as I am an experienced consultant - would this matter?
