Does your partner already have ILR?

Do you mean leave the UK before you apply for ILR or after you already have ILR?

there is no absense requirement for pbs dependent. however, u should be able to prove that u have been co-hab with your partner.

There is no absence limit for PBS dependents, meaning you can leave the UK for x months without any problems BUT you must still be able to prove subsisting marriage and cohabitation.

You have not stated for what purpose or how long you plan to travel, so you will only get vague and generic advice.

At the end of the day, you need to decide what is important to you. ILR is very expensive and if refused, you lose your money paid.

You "heard" nonsense. If you have a valid visa you are free to travel and return to the UK before your visa expires.
