HI THERE
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE FRESH SETTLEMENT VISA APPLICATION WHICH WAS REFUSED LAST MONTH.
I WAS WONDERING WHETHER I SHOULD MENTION MY PREVIOUS REFUSAL POINTS IN COVERING LETTER OR NOT, AS IAM ON REFUGEE STATUS AND THERE ARE NO REQUIREMENTS
I WILL APPRECIATE YOUR VALUABLE ADVICE AND ANY OTHER TIPS WHICH COULD MAKE MY APPLICATION STRONGER

What was the reason for refusal?

Please don't type in CAPITAL letters, it is difficult to read and the same as SHOUTING.

HI THERE
the reason were "the family ties ", secondly they did not believe my children are mine.
now I have done DNA test for my whole family to establish our links and photographs, call histories as well for family ties.
I am only confused about whether
1 I should mention the previous refusal and address all points in personal statement
2, send refusal letters with the fresh application?
