GRO Copies

Hi,

I'm a UK Citizen, just finalising my foreign birth registration based on my dear grandmothers Dublin birth, but I'm stumbling a little at the last hurdle. I only have GRO certified copies for some of the documents (including my own birth certificate). Do you know whether this will suffice? If not how do I go about obtaining proper originals?

Apologies, this has probably been asked before but searching the forum for the exact answer needed is not easy.

GRO Copies are copies of the original which will suffice.

You will need at least the original or GRO copies of ALL required evidence.
