Applying for ILR under Tier 1 Accelerated route

Post by majmaj » Thu May 18, 2017 12:15 pm

Hi Everyone.

I am currently on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension period which I got it on September 2015.

In 2 months time I can apply under 5 years settlement for ILR, however right now I think I am also eligible under Accelerated route since my business has generated £5 Turnover in the last 3 years ( from 2013 - 2016 ).

I have already created 2 new jobs since September 2015 as well.

A) I just wanted to ask your opinions on weather I should wait another 2 months and go under 5 years settlement or should I go through Accelerated route ( hence its my 4th year now in Tier 1 ) ?

B) Is there a difference in processing time between 3 years Accelerated route and 5 Years route?

Please advice,
Thanks.
