This is an article about a little Irish boy whose parents do not have the right to resided in Ireland. I hope they are aware of the Chen decision http://eumovement.wordpress.com/2007/02/09/chen-case/ .

There seem to be quite a few people in similar situations who have moved to Switzerland or Sweden or France, where they a can usually work.

what happens if parent, unlike in the chen case, are unable to prove self financial sufficency,? that was a huge influence in that case i ask because NO irish case has yet to properly consider chen, despite consistent fondness of churningout the lobe case.

his parents did him no favours by returning to nigeria, why the hell did they do that, they would have residency long before the rule came in and even if the parents were illegal for 11 years, the dept would find it very very very very difficult to remove them the case would be more like fajounu 1990 than lobe,

Don't underestimate fanatical religious insanity. It is a cancer experiencing a remarkable growth phase in the States currently. The owners of the U.S. press are pushing their own agenda, and such things as facts aren't going to be allowed to stand in the way.
