Calculation of holding ILR for 12 months

Hi guys,

Just quick clarification please and sort of interest.

Can you please let me know how do you exactly calculate holding ILR for 12 months. For example, I have gained my ILR on 08/08/2016 based on 10-year long residence requirement, So I am planning to book my appointment with NCS on the 7th/08/2017. Does this meet the requirement of holding ILR for 12 months period? (from 08/08/2016 to 07/08/2017)? or do I have to book on the 08/08/2017, the same date when I gained it a year ago?

Same date (or after) ILR was issued 12 months before.
(Casa, not CR001)
