Hi
I'm the same situation, appealed since may of last year but still haven't received a notice of hearing yet. Tried to chase the tribunal but they say it takes 48 week after they take the dossier and they only took my dossier towards the end of July and I'll only receive a notice towards the end of June. So I'm waiting !

Hello Yopcity, can you please elaborate on what you mean by receiving the dossier and how can I find that out? Many thanks.

Hi there,
One of my friend's appeal was allowed in Jan 2017 after year and a half . After that no update so far. I suggest you to contact your solicitor some times they get letters of court and they keep them on side , am saying it because same thing happened with my friend . You have to keep in touch with them .
Well its my point of view senior members can explain much better.
Cheers.

Hi Archer
Thanks for the concern. I have actually been chasing tribunal myself a fewtimes, all they say is that there is no update and your appeal is in the queue. Its going to be a year in a few days.
Also the home office is not at all in sync with her majesty's tribunal. Home office sent me a letter about cancelling the driver license when my appeal is currently pending but they have no record. So i am having to chase back and forth to actually get the information at the home office upto date so they know my appeal is pending and even after giving them reference they wont call the tribunal records directly...
Anyways cut long story short, its just an agonisingly long wait inside a black hole

Its been just over a year for me since filing. I rang them and someone said hopefully I should expect a hearing date soon but i think she was saying that vaguely.
Has anyone else had any updates?

Hi all,
Last week I sent a letter to the expediting team to expedite my case. Today I received a letter from the team allowing it saying that a notice of hearing had been sent to the parties. So, by the end of next week I'll receive my notice of hearing by God's Grace.

Hi Chief786,
I applied for SET (LR) but I was refused for not providing my husband's proof of work. We're separated and he refused to give me his P60. For short I came in the country as a student in 2001 until 2009. Married a EU national and got the residence card in 2010 which expired in 2015 when I applied for ILR which was refused in 2016. They revoked my right to work so I'm not working at the moment.

They refused me on the 20/02/2016, appealed on the 11/05/2016 - a late one thanks to my lawyer
but accepted by the court. So over a year for the good outcome
