indefinate leave to remain

hi there can anyone advise me I am due to apply for indefinite leave to remain after completing 6years based on family life my child turns 18 and she still depends on me can my application still be considered. if I submit all previous court documents and want to do same day service

Were you issued Discretionary leave under the Old rule before 09-07-2012?

Yes I was granted discreation on old rule and that have some ccounty court but paying them. Previous criminal record about 17years ago and it was a fine

PERMANANT LEAVE TO REMAIN

HI THERE CAN ANYONE HELP
I WAS GIVEN DISCRETIONARY LEAVE TO REMAIN IN 26 JULY 2011 AND THEN RENEWED IT IN 2014 NOW IAM DUE FOR PERMANENT LEAVE TO REMAIN IN JULY IS MY QUALIFYING YEARS BUT VISA EXPIRES IN SEPTEMBER. IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY AFTER AFTER JULY. PLEASE HELPPP!!!!
