Should I Get In Touch With The Judge?

Post by Yazzy » Fri May 02, 2014 12:04 pm

I had my appeal hearing at Hatton Cross in February.
Its 10 weeks and im still waiting for a decision.

I contacted Customer service and they told me to fax a letter to the Judge
Now i spoke with my solicitor and he thinks its not a good idea.
He thinks it could have a negative affect and we could get a bad decision for irritating a busy judge.

Any truth in that?
Should i wait 12 weeks before i do anything?

I also had a hearing at Hatton Cross in February and have not heard back yet. I have phoned them several times and also sent faxes to the judge. Can't say it's helped at all in speeding it up
