ILR 5 year spouse route

Post by chrisnew11 » Thu Jun 01, 2017 2:35 pm

Good afternoon guys,

Just a really quick question for all of you in the know. yr My Thai wife is a year away from completing her second 2.5 spouse route, thus now applying for her ILR visa.

My wife currently works full time and earns roughly £14,500 per year. I have however returned to university and earn £9,700 part time.

I do however, receive a student loan totalling £10,000 per year.

My question is can our salaries be combines to meet the threshold of £18500. (combined salary £24,200) or can I include my student loan to the application concluding with the same amount.

I would like to thank you all in advance for your responses.
