But Casa, would HO need proof of subsisting marriage for applying for a new BRP? If the wife has reported the separation it may put him above the Home Office's radar.
And why does the wife need to go to Pakistan to get him booted? Won't be automatically get ejected when he goes to renew his spouse visa after 2.5 years? She doesn't and yes he will. He's obviously aware of this, which is why he's anxious to resume contact with the baby he abandoned soon after the birth.
