CANADA Visitor Visa from UK

Post by disdil4u » Wed Feb 27, 2008 11:14 am

Hello I am new to this forum

I need help to get Canada Visitor Visa. I have applied for Canada Visitor Visa last week at London and my application is Refused today.

The Reason is: You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resisent. In reaching this decision, i considered serveral factors, including
yout immigration status in uk (temporary)
purpose of visit
some overall situation at present in UK

I have applied Student Visa previously from India and at that time my visa was refused as well and the reason provided was insufficient fund & my proposed study not match with my previous study.

Can someone please help me about this?
I am in uk from last 4 years. I came as a Student & at present I am on HSMP.

Help needed as soon as possible

Thank You

Can you please help me to find out how can i get more information about this?

How long is your HSMP valid? What type of job do you have and did you provide proof of income in the UK and an employment letter?

I have received my file this morning and two original docs missing. One is my wife employment letter & other is Declaration by my friend in Canada for Accomodation.

Did you provide a letter from your employer? Have you travelled anywhere else (e.g. across the EU)? I personally cannot see why your temporary stay would lead in refusal - you are here on an HSMP visa with about 2 years remaining....and HSMP is the best visa to have (in terms of employment prospects, etc). It might be the accommodation aspect.

I suggest you seek those travel companies who can submit your application on your behalf, or alternatively some other qualified persons.

Yes i did provide letter from my employer that i am working permanent.
But I have only few days left to cancel my ticket. Monday is the last day for me to cancel my ticket so i can eligible for some refund otherwise not.

I am planning to go london on friday in person. So i don't have much time now. Please advise me what else i can put in my application to confirm that I will return to UK as I have no intension to stay in canada.

Thank You

I don't know about the refund policies for tickets. As for the visa, you should seek professional advice asap. Maybe send an e-mail to a visa service company and ask if they can help.
