Few questions before applying Tier 2 General Visa

Hi Experts,

Firstly, Thank you for all your support and for your time on our queries.

I am about to apply for Tier 2 General Visa under changes of employment and before applying I have few questions which I thought of clearing through immigration boards because I personally feel it is a very good site and more responsive on our queries.

Below are my questions could someone please respond. Many Thanks in advance.

1. On my new Tier 2 General COS under Tier and Category section, mentioned as Tier 2 (General - Changes of Employment - ISC Exempt). I am on Tier 2 General from 2012 on wards where I am changing employer now. So is the given Category is correct or not? (I don't think I need to pay Immigration Surcharge is that correct what I am assuming)

2. Under Identification numbers section in COS, Is that mandatory to mention the NI number or any other details or we don't need to?

3. I will be eligible for ILR by next month July and I am on tier 2 general from 2012 onwards, Now I have given COS upto Aug 2018. Is that ok because in between itself I will be applying for ILR?

4. Also in new COS my start date was given as 12th of June, so if I get the VISA and my new sponsor pays me the half salary for June then how I can show that I am getting above 35K salary to HO where my actual salary was above 39k.(I mean we can go for ILR with one payslip if I am right then if I want to go for ILR in July how I can show that I am getting above 35K because I am starting the work in the middle of the month?)

5. Total weekly hours of work on my previous COS was 37.5 and now on the new cos it says 39 hours. Is that ok?

6. On my new COS, employer mentioned regarding job on the client contract as YES because I will be working on client site to provide service as sponsor got a contract with client. Is that needed or ok to provide that details?

7. Do I need to apply VISA for my wife also if I am changing the employer because she is under my dependent category?

If possible could someone answer my queries, I would be very grateful.

Why not just wait till end of July or whenever you have a full months payslip and apply for ILR?

Should be fine.

7. Do I need to apply VISA for my wife also if I am changing the employer because she is under my dependent category?

No. But she must apply for an extension before her current visa expires.
