Does your status say 'Open' or 'Awaiting decision'?

The information on this link is not precise.
I checked with Royal mail ref number and status up on 21 April 2017 however when i checked with IHS ,status has been updated on 11 April 2017.
Its my understanding that information on this link is NOT up to date

I use Home office reference number and it works for me. Its showing Decsion waiting.
I applied fresh application on 30/03/17.
Biometric on 10/05/17.

This service is working bit slow or you can say bit behind.
I got approval letter at home on 05-06-17 and when i checked on same day it was showing same "awaiting decision" but next day it started showing "Decided".
My Timeline:
Posted=27-03-17
Acknowledgment and Biometric letter together received=04-05-17
Biometric Given=18-05-17
Delay Letter received (not complex)= 24-05-17
Approval letter= 02-06-17

I have applied for my husbands visa about 1.5 month. 1 month and 13 days since Sheffield have had my paperwork. I have tried all the links and all reference numbers but It always shows the Reference number has not been recognised
I have tried
IHS NUMBER
GWF NUMBER
PAYMENT NUMBER & also PASSPORT
Can someone help me
