Application received by HO 10-03-2017
Payment taken by cheque. 16-03-2017
Confirmation email recievd. 05-05-2017
Biometric later received and Done 06-05-2017
COA with right to work. 14-05-2017

PR ??? Waiting

My question
My taxi license running out and I need
For renewal my non EEA passport if I request
Passport it will effect the progress of my application?

No it won't affect anything as long as you clearly stated the reason of the withdrawal. Also you may be lucky they may just issue your PR and send it instead. But never ask for the progress of the application though for now.

Requesting you passport back will have no effect on your application. I've done it several times. Here's the link:
