no i have not received nationality certificate or anything. just a text about passport.

my wife flrm extension is due to expire on 8 july..would i get my sons nationality certificate by then? any views

my son who is uk born and i had applied for his mn1 for nationality, currently he is pakistani national and his dependent visa also expiring with my wifes flrm visa on 6 july.

my question is do i have to apply his extension too along with my wife if he didnt get his naturalisation done by 6 july

secondly if he didnt get his naturalisation done by 6 july would i need to have 18600 or 22400 for my wifes flrm?

No you do not have to apply for his extension.

You could write a letter stating you are awaiting his MN1 application under section 1(3) of the Nationality Act as he is UK born and hopefully they will accept £18,600pa income.
