BRP lost - date on renewal?

Post by ExpatDude » Wed Jun 14, 2017 9:36 am

Hi, looking for some advice as cannot actually speak to someone at Home Office.

My two children had BRP's expiring in January 2018. Both are minors, so only had the 5 year dates on their cards.

If I apply now, will they get new dates on them, or will I have to re-apply in February after their original date of expiry?

Also, if I apply now, would they receive them before December as we have a trip planned for Christmas.

However, if they have ILR, then they may be able to make NLT applications?
