What is your current immigration status?

Did you submit evidence covering the last 2 years to prove your relationship akin to marriage?

What evidence of your partner exercising treaty rights, i.e. bank statements, payslips etc?

What about tenancy agreement and other letters in joint names or single names to the same address?

What "bills" have you submit and how many and for how many months?

What is your current immigration status or history in the UK?

For a EEA Extended Family Permits as a durable partner, you are required to submit TWO years worth of evidence of cohabitation etc. 1 year is not sufficient.

A birth certificate proves nothing.

You must submit evidence of LIVING together in a relationship similar to marriage and documents to prove it (bank statements, utility bills, tenancy agreements, NHS letters etc etc).

As a person with no legal status in the UK after you failed asylum application, you also did not and do not have the right to free NHS services and should have and should be paying for all your NHS usage.

You had a child did you not?

I was merely stating that HO checks if there are outstanding NHS fees that haven't been paid.

Good luck, maybe someone else will offer you advice and what you want to hear.
