Accelerated Route Advise, Maintenance & Application Fees?

Post by yunas » Tue Jun 13, 2017 11:23 pm

Hi Everyone,

I wish to apply ILR thru Accelerated route based on 10 Employees. Please i need experts advise and if someone can share similar experience. I studied guidance the best I could and highlighted points required to apply in this category, however I can't find answers of below given questions. I will appreciate if someone can highlight some valid point or answer my questions.

Advise:

I have two companies one is Software Development Company which initially i started before getting Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa in September 2014.

Second I started in 2016 which is trading for Rice Import and Food products such a Spices, Rice and Soft Drinks and selling in Local Market.

First Company: My Software Development company has 8 Employees and their status as follow.
4 full time (British Citizen)
1 part time (British Citizen)
1 full time (ILR Visa - Settled)
1 full time (Human Rights Visa Holder)
I understand from above list only 5 employees I can use for application.

Second Company Food Products & Service Provider company has 5 employee and their status as follow.

3 full time (European)
2 full time (British)

From above structure what chances I will have to get ILR ?

Maintenance:

What's the maintenance funds requirement for accelerated route?

Is it same as for normal extension application as given below.
£945 for Main Applicant
£630 for Each Dependant

Visa Application Fee:

What's the main applicant and dependant fee when applying thru Accelerated route and what figure we have to pay for extension?

Thank you in advance for your help.
Best Regards.
Yunas

You need 10 Full time employees each working for at least 12 months to qualify for Tier 1E accelerated ILR.
There is no maintenance funds requirement for ILR.
The standard application fee for a SET(O) application is currently £2297. Add £2297 per dependant.

Thank you Zimba for your reply, must appreciated.

Is it compulsory to give Life in UK exam and English Exam for Main applicant and dependant in this route?

If main applicant apply on this route and after approval apply for all dependants, still they will get ILR?

Best Regards.

Those are compulsory for ILR under any route

CORRECTION: Yes. They can apply for ILR only after 5 years as dependants

HO could object to why dependants are not included, particularly if their visas running out You better apply for all together.
@zimba88, I am fairly sure I have read somewhere (and I could be wrong) that a Tier 1 Ent dependent also requires 5 years residence even if main applicant applies through accelerated route.

Thank you guys for your help and support,

now the worry part, if main applicant will apply under accelerated route then what visa option dependants will have?

Which category depenadants can apply in a case where their visa expiring same as main applicant.

What I understand from above they can't apply together.
Main applicant will go for Accelerated Route and will get ILR but in that process all dependands will be illegal while waiting.

Please help.

Yunas

Nowhere in your post have you posted your and your dependent immigration history, how do you expect anyone to offer advice when you only provide half of the information.

Suggest post full details with start and end dates, application dates for all visas held for anyone to reply.

I do not understand the situation here. :!:
Your dependant WILL STAY for 5 years as PBS dependants until eligible for ILR. They alternatively can apply under long residence if they finish the 10 years. Case closed :?

Zimba,

Thank you for your help, I appreciate your answer.
Can we count Stay under PSW as PBS dependant?
and
My visa is valid until 7th September. Can I delay my application 28 days as my company accounts submission in September and I need maximum time to complete my file.

Best regards.

You can delay your application by 28 days but it is not advisable. You will not get Section 3C protection, so you (and your dependants) are an overstayer from the date of your grant expiry until the decision is made.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
