Public Liability Insurance

Hello,

We have an E-commerce business and all the selling and trading is done online through the website. We do have office premises but no public dealing is done here. Everything is over the phone or online. The lawyer is saying that still we need to buy Public liability insurance. Can anyone guide me if it is still necessary?

There is no such requirement under Tier 1E rules. You must have insurance covers as per law.
