Tier 2 Dependent Visa Accommodation & Payslip

Hi

I want to apply Tier 2 General dependant Visa for my wife can anyone confirm the documents Requirements for dependant Visa?

1. English language test
2. Original passport
3. Copy of work permit and passport of mine
4. Proof of marriage:
5. Sponsor support letter from my husband's work (Not Sure will this require)
6. Last 3-month bank statement
7. Evidence of accommodation in the UK (Not Sure will this require)
8.Criminal record checks for dependent

She already had Bachelor degree (4yrs) from the UK Does she still require IELTS test?

I haven't strat my job I am still in India. I have applied my visa first now going to the UK next week but before I will leave I want to apply her Visa. I do not have Evidence of accommodation in the UK & Last 3-month bank statement in UK but we do have Indian bank account maintaining more than £ 3000 last 90 days.

Do you think I should 3 moths before apply her visa? and do have any format what should I need on Sponsor support letter from my work?

you dont need employer letter if u have the money maintained.
you should have applied at the same time, it would have been much easier.
anyway, apply once u get the visa. Nothing to worry about accommodation.

I recently moved to the UK on Tier 2 Visa. Now I want to apply visa for my wife and daughter can anyone pls tell me what exactly I and my employer need to write.

• Letter from my employer
  Letter from me(Sponsor)

I would really appreciate if some can already have both letters and provide to me.

I recently (2 Weeks ago) moved to the UK on Tier 2 Visa now I want to apply visa for my wife. Currently, I am staying in company provided accommodation but looking for accommodation for my family. I have a question can I apply her visa without permanent accommodation or can I show hotel accommodation for my wife when she is applying visa?

Also, I do not have 3 moths payslip but we have maintenance fund to show.

Please advise

If you don't have a long term accommodation, do not submit it. Hotel will not help. As long as you are showing the maintenance funds, payslip is not required.

Hi Manoj, I am in the similar situation as you were in.
just wondering did you finally apply for your wife's visa without any proof of accommodation? As it was suggested on this forum. What was the outcome?
